Goodnight Sweet Sarah


OLD TOWN and DEXTER – Sarah Lunette Robinson, 26, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle against cancer. Sarah was born April 5, 1985, to Susan Pratt Meservey and the late Gene Turner, and raised by her stepfather, Dale Hartford.
In 1988, Sarah and her older siblings moved to Dexter where they attended the local public schools. A faithful Christian, a loyal wife, a loving mother, a protective sister, a Rotarian, a tenacious competitor, a talented musician and a bright and cheerful soul, Sarah will be remembered always.
Sarah is survived by her husband, Benjamin and their daughter, Morgan; her mother, Susan and husband, Larry Meservey; twin sister, Lindsay Turner; stepfather, Dale and wife, Cheryl Hartford; brothers, Jason, Gene Jr., Mikey, Michael, Joey and Dominic; and sisters, Diane and Michelle.
Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main St., Dexter. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in Guiski Gymnasium at Dexter Regional High School, with Pastor Stephen Hall officiating.
